Terms & Conditions

Please find our general sales and delivery conditions below.

When you have sent in an order, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation we have received it. This mail will contain details of what you have bought, the payment and delivery address and prices. Please check this and let us know if anything is wrong.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard).

Purchases from outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. Within the European Union 20% VAT are added during the checkout process.

Please be aware that additional costs for custom and clearance fees can arise on deliveries outside of the European Union. We will ensure that all necessary documents for export and import declarations are included with the goods shipped.

Shipping

Please use the shipping-calculator for your shipping fees within the shopping cart.

Delivery

Limited prints are not in stock. They are produced on request until the edition limit is reached, so please do not expect express delivery. Typical delivery time is about 10 working days.

Cancellation and Return Policy

You can cancel your contract within 14 days through a clear statement in writing (letter or e-mail, for example) or by telephone.

If the product you have ordered does not meet youentire satisfaction: you can return it within 14 days upon receipt.
You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage if the goods delivered are as ordered.
If the reason for return is because of our error, we apologize and will gladly credit you the full amount charged and we will credit your return shipment.
In case of a return we will credit you the full amount charged latest 14 days after we received your return.

In any case a damage happened during shipping, please make photos of it as soon as you spot it and send them to info@thesinkingworld.com so we can get in contact with you concerning replacement.

We are not responsible for damages in cause of improper handling of the art work.
